The Role: As Retail Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational performance of a portfolio of shopping centres. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong asset performance, tenant satisfaction, and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres Develop and implement asset strategies to drive income and capital growth Collaborate with leasing, operations, and marketing teams to deliver portfolio objectives Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders Identify and implement opportunities for asset improvement and repositioning About You: Proven experience in retail property or portfolio management Strong knowledge of neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centre operations Commercially minded with excellent budgeting and financial reporting skills Confident communicator and relationship builder Ability to manage multiple assets and competing priorities effectively Why Join?
