Job Description ASICS have an exciting opportunity to join our Trade Marketing team as a Retail Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Head of Retail and Trade Marketing, this role will be responsible for collaboratively developing and implementing the marketing plan for all CSP (core performance sport), kids and retail campaigns along with the planning and rollout of new concept ASICS stores. So, what goes into making that happen? Develop and implement the retail marketing plan for CPS, kids and retail driven activity in alignment with internal stakeholders Work closely with the planning, buying and content teams to align on stock and assets required to execute to the retail marketing plan Develop and execute the marketing plans to drive foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty across all concept store locations Develop and implement standardised marketing processes and systems to support the rapid expansion of the store network Manage and optimize retail marketing budgets to maximise ROI Campaign reporting Partner with PR, digital and social teams to drive awareness and inclusion of ASICS retail into the greater brand campaign plans Collaborate with the planning, VM and buying teams to ensure compelling in-store experiences Plan and execute retail events, sponsorships, and activations to engage local communities and build brand affinity around new store openings and CPS campaigns Work with Digital Marketing team to integrate OneASICS and Runkeeper instore to align to CPS and retail campaigns Develop playbooks and guidelines for store-level marketing initiatives to ensure efficiency and consistency Conduct and consider analysis on retail trends and competitor strategies In return, we offer: A permanent opportunity with a market leading global brand Salary bonuses 17.5% annual leave loading paid parental leave Flexible hybrid work options using a ‘moments that matter’ way of working Convenient Marsden Park location in a new head office facility, closely connected to the M7, with ample free parking Free onsite gym and personal training sessions Generous staff discount – up to 25% off wholesale! Here’s what we hope to see from you: 3 years of Marketing experience in a similar capacity Tertiary degree in Marketing or related field is desirable You’re a self-starter with the ability to take initiative, search for solutions and deliver autonomously Previous experience working with media and creative agencies, with the ability to provide clear and detailed creative briefs Ability to create and maintain close working relationships with internal and external teams Excellent time management skills with experience working in a deadline driven environment (the marketing calendar waits for no one!)
