Disability Support Worker — Victoria, Australia

About the role: Are you energetic, outgoing, and love staying active? We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Support Worker to join our friendly team and support an amazing client based in Geelong West ! Experience working with behaviours of concern is ideal. Weekly Shifts Available (Starting ASAP): Monday – 10am to 2pm This is an ongoing shift, with potential for more hours down the track! What You'll Be Doing: Get ready for some fun! Your role will involve supporting our client with community access outings like: Exploring the local library Going on walks and hikes Enjoying physical activities like Bounce, dancing, Timezone and more! We’re looking for someone who’s not just reliable, but genuinely enjoys getting active, being social , and creating awesome experiences for the people they support. You must have excellent communication skills, compassionate, friendly and approachable. Key Requirements: Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support. Nursing students with 6-8 weeks of nursing placement experience can also apply.
