Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Oversee daily store operations, from opening to closing Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation standards Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations 2. Customer Engagement & Sales Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service Resolve customer queries or issues with professionalism Drive sales by promoting in-store offers and loyalty programs 3. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet sales and service goals Roster and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations Motivate the team to consistently deliver outstanding results 4.
