Your Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, record keeping, and document management. Respond to sales inquiries via phone and email, ensuring outstanding customer service. Assist with preparing quotes and following up with customers throughout the sales cycle. Organise weekly sales reports and contribute to data analysis and insights. Help coordinate sales meetings and ensure smooth communication between teams. Maintain and file all sales-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
