Landscape Construction Supervisor Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time hrs Salary Range: 80k-90k super company car laptop Depot locations: Marion, SA (positions also avaliable North of Adelaide) Position Overview We are seeking experienced Landscape Construction Supervisors to join one of our multi-award-winning commercial landscaping companies, specialising in landscape construction and design. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading a small crew and taking the lead in delivering a variety of commercial landscaping projects across Adelaide. Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Lead and supervise a small team across multiple sites to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery Perform hands-on landscape construction duties for small to medium-sized projects, including hardscape and softscape landscaping Maintain professional and courteous interactions with staff, clients, and the public Delegate tasks effectively to tradespeople, labourers, and subcontractors Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and other project resources Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with WHS guidelines and incident reporting procedures Requirements Current manual driver’s licence Certificate in Landscaping or Horticulture (highly regarded) Experience in a supervisory role (Team Leader or Leading Hand level) Minimum 5 years’ experience in landscape construction, including soft/hard landscaping, irrigation, turf, and paving Proven project delivery experience Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings Benefits Competitive salary package Supportive team culture with a focus on work-life balance Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities for career development and personal growth Company vehicle, uniform, and laptop provided Ready to take the next step in your landscaping career with one of Australia’s leading landscaping companies?
