About Your New Role We are seeking resilient and patient individuals to care for people with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker at Mitchell, you'll provide support to help customers navigate challenges and reach their potential. Every day will be different, but your duties may include assistance with personal care, household duties, cooking and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships. About You Excels in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports and Community Access. Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders. Has experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
