This role is located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, and offers hybrid work arrangements (3 days in office, 2 days working from home). The Role: Design and develop engaging, learner-focused materials across in-person workshops, simulated environments, workplace learning, and digital platforms Apply modern, evidence-based learning and assessment methodologies to ensure content is interactive Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders Support program plans and project timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables are delivered on time and within budget About You: Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly in complex or high-stakes environments such as healthcare or emergency services. A proven ability to develop learning content that meets regulatory and compliance requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset. Knowledge of adult learning principles, digital learning tools, and instructional design best practices.
