We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team in Wetherill Park. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their customers via phone and email, resolving a wide range of customer issues related to waste management services, and maintaining accurate customer records. Salary Range/Benefits: $38 per hour Super - Competitive hourly rate Ongoing training and development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Working hours - 10am-6pm - Mon-Fri (with adjustments for daylight savings) 6 month contract minimum Start ASAP Benefits: Opportunity to work with a leading provider of waste management service Collaborative and supportive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Flexible working hours to balance work and personal life The chance to work with a range of technology systems, including Google Suites and CRM systems Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Answer 80 incoming customer inquiries via phone and respond to 90 inbound emails efficiently and professionally Resolve a wide range of customer issues related to waste management services, using a detailed understanding of transport legislation and waste industry knowledge Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system Process customer requests, bookings, and complaints in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Manage customer requests in multiple operating systems Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment Experience using Google Suites is desirable Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, DOS-based systems, SAP) advantageous Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Typing speed of 60 wpm with an accuracy level of 80% or more Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences Contract Details: 6 month contracts, full-time, on-site in Wetherill Park Initial training (2-3 weeks) If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
