Sales Associate – The Green, Tarragingi Retirement Village About the role We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our sales team at our thriving new retirement community, The Green Tarragindi. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a rapidly growing industry and contribute to the overall success of RetireAustralia. Working closely with the Sales Consultant, you will work to build and maintain relationships with our newest residents. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as one of the first points of contact whilst also providing a high level of administration support and promotion of our newest communities. Reporting to the National Manager – Sales (New Communities), your duties will include: Assist welcoming our newest residents to their new home Support the sales team to drive and achieve sales targets Ensure all vacant stock and display villas are presented to comply with company standards and policy Drive, manage and oversee the success of various campaigns, open days, expos, shopping centre displays etc. Assist the team with enquiries, prospects and booking client appointments Assist the management of leads and maintain the sales database Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organisations, and community groups Liaise with the Development and Marketing teams Continue to source sponsorship opportunities relevant to our target market Essential Criteria As part of the application process, you will be required to provide a National Police Check, proof of right to work in Australia, verification of identification and qualifications, and participate in pre-employment assessment. To be successful in this role, you will have: Current QLD real estate licence or certificate (essential) Experience working within the retirement industry (advantageous) National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain) Comprehensively insured car and full licence Highly developed visual, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail Ability to build rapport and develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders Ability to manage and understand the diverse needs and wants of our clientele and all stakeholders To take the next step in your career click ‘APPLY NOW’ to complete our online application.
