What you'll be doing: Greeting members and guests with warmth and energy Fielding phone and in-person enquiries, sharing info about CHF’s services Making delicious smoothies and coffees at our Juice Bar Assisting new members and creating a great first impression Keeping the front-of-house area looking sharp and running smoothly We’d love to meet someone who: Has around 12 months experience in customer service and/or food & beverage Is friendly, bright, and focused on delivering top-tier service Can handle multiple tasks and stays calm under pressure Has strong phone and communication skills Is flexible with hours (we’re open Mon–Fri 5am–11pm, weekends 7am–6pm) Is studying or interested in Certificate III or IV in Fitness (a plus, not a must!)
