Disability Support Worker — The Rocks, Sydney

You’ll be working directly with clients in their homes and out in the community, providing person-centred support that truly matters. Due to the personal nature of the support required, many of our clients in this area have a strong preference for female support staff . Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting clients with daily living, personal care, and community access Building genuine relationships and promoting independence Driving clients in your own car (hello, mini road trips!) Please note: having your own reliable vehicle is a must If you’re ready to bring your heart, skills, and energy to a team that values what you do — Kanda is ready for you!
