About the role: Programmed Care are a leading disability support provider in Victoria and we have an opportunity for a support worker to work ongoing shifts with our clients based in Wandin East & in Croydon South. We are looking for a support worker who would be available to cover the following services ongoing: Thursdays 9am to 2pm: Assisting a client in Wandin East near Lilydale with shopping and light house cleaning for 5 hours Fridays 7am to 3pm: Helping our client based in Croydon South with personal care, community access, meal preparation and light house cleaning. Other days with this client could become available in the future as well Requirements: Minimum 6 months of recent paid health care experience in Australia or a reciprocal country. Student nurses who have completed their 2nd year may also apply.
