Customer Service Officer — Brisbane CBD, Brisbane

Transdev Queensland in Capalaba is currently looking for casual Customer Service Officers mainly on weekends. During rail shutdowns, you will be the first point of contact for passenger queries, concerns and bus service information on site at the designated railway station. If you are a people person who likes being on their feet, this may be the role for you. About the role: • You will be the face of Transdev at railway lines between Cleveland to Doomben. Adaptability will be required to work at different railway stations around Brisbane if required • Excellent customer service is paramount. You will assist passengers by providing up-to-date information about bus routes and general advice regarding the rail replacement line network • You will be required to work on certain weekends (approximately 10 a year). Shifts can last up to 12 hours with availability required in the afternoon and evening • Next available shifts commence from 6 June 2025 What you bring: • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and proactively • Ability to problem solve in a changing environment and maintain resilience • Previous experience in a similar role advantageous • Full Australian working rights (an Australian citizen or permanent resident) • A C class licence is preferable About Transdev Transdev is an international leader in mobility at the service of communities.
