The Role of Project Manager: We are looking for a skilled and motivated project coordinator to join our growing construction team. As a project coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with the director, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that all residential projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: 1. Assist with planning, scheduling, and budgeting. 2. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely, cost-effective delivery. 3. Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that work meets industry standards and project specifications. 4. Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes. 5. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, contracts, plans, change orders, and progress reports. 6. Monitor progress and update the director on milestones and issues. 7. Supervise contractors’ work and documenting any variations from the work orders for reporting and approval. 8. Coordinate with the director to complete tasks on time and within budget. 9. Track expenses and provide regular updates to the director. 10. Identify potential project risks and resolve issues, escalating as needed. 11. Ensure accuracy and up-to-datedness of project records and documents. Qualifications: Relative degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or management in the construction industry. Experience working on largescale construction projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of construction project management tools and software. Understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements.
