You will be part of the legal team and will be involved in exciting key projects. You will be a business partner to various business units including Development, Facilities, and Procurement. Your role will include construction projects, contracting, dispute resolution, the development of policies and compliance. Your role will also include developing and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders including external lawyers. About You You will be a construction and projects lawyer with 5 year’ PQE. Your experience will include drafting, negotiating, and advising on contractual arrangements, managing litigation and disputes, and advising on regulatory matters. Your technical skills are complimented by your maturity, judgement, and confidence and your accountability for the delivery of services and outcomes. You will have strong people and influencing skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and are able to manage stakeholders. Your ‘can do”’ results-oriented, meticulous, practical approach and your organisational skills will hold you in good stead in this role. Your confidence to deliver accurate and commercially practical solutions, your abilities to juggle priorities and to work calmly and effectively in fast paced, pressured environments will be critical to your success.
