Sitting within our Merchandising team, you’ll get the chance to design for one of Australia’s most-loved fashion labels and see your work worn everywhere. What you’ll be doing You’ll be at the heart of our creative process, designing best-selling graphics that reflect our customers and our culture. Researching global fashion graphic trends and turning insights into commercially strong designs Creating exclusive placement graphics for our collections Collaborating with our Buying, Design and Production teams to build cohesive, trend-driven ranges Attending trend presentations and reviewing sales data to influence future designs Presenting your concepts at weekly design sign-offs Managing your workflow to meet deadlines and ensure graphic perfection from concept through to launch Reviewing strike-offs and providing clear feedback to suppliers What you’ll bring Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the fashion industry A deep understanding of the high street customer and current graphic trends Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop etc.) The ability to analyse data and trends to create commercial designs Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills A collaborative spirit – you're all about team energy and cross-departmental flow A love for working fast, smart and creatively We recognise that asking you to give 100% of yourself on a daily basis requires us to offer an amazing opportunity.
