Cuppa Group Pty Ltd T/A Café L Amore, based in Westfield Burwood, NSW are looking for a skilled and experienced Retail Manager. This is a full-time role for the right applicant. Duties: • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations • Ensure compliance with council regulations • Hire and train staff. Supervise all staff and ensure their skills are of appropriate standards • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices • Determine and set goals for product mix and stock levels • Ensure service standards are maintained in dealing with customers • Promote and advertise goods and services • Sell goods and services to customers • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions • Undertaking budgeting and ensure budgets are met • Handle customer complaints and any incidents. Ensure they are recorded and handled appropriately. Eligibility Criteria: • AQF Associate Degree in the relevant field, Diploma or Advanced Diploma. • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role. • Full-time working rights in Australia Salary - $75,000 - $80,000 plus super Only eligible and shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
