HR Admin Pay rate: $40.02 - $44.87 per hour super Start Date: Asap End Date: 8 months Location: Leichhardt About your new role The People and Culture Admin has strong relationships with staff at all levels and is responsible for day-to-day P&C lifecycle administration including recruitment; on/off boarding, monitoring probationary employments, performance review and reward and recognition administration; systems administration and maintenance, testing and reporting; general correspondence and processing forms and invoices; and P&C project administrative support. Key accountabilities End-to-end administration of P&C processes including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, reward and recognition and other similar P&C processes Complete requisitions including in TechOne and SCOUT Provide information, advice and assistance to customers on the processes and services delivered by P&C Assist in the training administration and schedule when required including the registration of internal and external training, room bookings, catering, correspondence with course participants, staff, managers, and training providers Assist in the preparation of high quality management reporting on a range of P&C matters What you will need Experience using TechOne HR module or similar desirable Demonstrated experience working within a People and Culture environment in providing high level administrative support, services and advice Highly developed organisational skills and time management skills with ability to adapt and manage competing priorities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written This is a great opportunity Working for the NSW Government not only allows you to make a contribution through the work that you do, it also allows you to be a part of something bigger.
