As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Pizza N Beyond in Sunbury, you’ll be at the forefront of managing store operations, leading a dynamic team, and providing an unforgettable customer experience. You’ll play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect. Key Responsibilities: • Restaurant Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to Victoria’s Pizza N Beyond operational standards, and compliance with food safety and WHS regulations. • Sales & Business Performance: Drive sales through strategic analysis of sales trends, customer feedback, and local market demand. Implement strategies to maximize store profitability. • Inventory & Stock Management: Manage stock levels, forecast demand, place orders with suppliers, and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) stock control to minimize waste. • Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-energy team of staff. Foster a positive, customer-focused culture while ensuring food and service standards are met. • Roster & Workforce Planning: Manage shift rosters, balancing staffing levels to meet business needs while optimizing labor costs. • Financial & Cost Management: Track store sales, manage expenses, monitor food and labor costs, and implement pricing strategies to drive profitability. • Customer Experience & Brand Loyalty: Ensure a top-tier customer experience across all services, handle complaints professionally, and implement customer retention strategies. • Marketing & Promotions: Execute local and national promotions, special events, and upselling strategies to increase customer traffic and sales. • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain high food quality and presentation standards while ensuring compliance with food safety policies, WHS guidelines, and local council regulations. • Reporting & Performance Metrics: Maintain store records, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with the franchise network to optimize store success. Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in a fast paced, quick-service restaurant environment. • Proven experience in managing store operations, including stock control, staff management, and financial oversight. • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, sales strategies, and operational efficiency in a retail or food service setting. • Ability to interpret sales reports, manage budgets, and optimize store performance through data-driven decision-making. • Previous experience in team leadership, rostering, and staff training for smooth daily operations. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and operational challenges.
