Main responsibilities include: • Provide high-quality administrative support to brokers and clients. • Manage client renewals, invoices, and policy documentation with accuracy. • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. • Contribute to process improvements to enhance service efficiency. The ideal candidate: • Strong administrative and customer service experience. • Experience can be within retail, hospitality and general customer service. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification an advantage but not required • Full permanent working rights.
