Customer Service Manager — Altona East, Hobsons Bay Area

My client based in Altona is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the team. In this role previous experience within the transport and logistics industry is not essential however experience in a management role is needed. Permanent Full Time - Office Hours Monday to Friday Location: Altona You will be responsible for: Set performance goals, monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance Manage a team of 3-5 customer service & administration team members Input & look over purchase orders and ensure on time deliveries Clear and friendly communication via phone and email Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement Support the branch in its customer service, sales and service operations Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
