KTC is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Primary School Teacher with a passion for teaching students in Years K to 6. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge, understanding, and passion for teaching all levels of primary school. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students in Years K to 6. Develop and implement individualised learning plans (ILPs) in collaboration with parents, external experts and in-school support team. Support students in achieving their learning and social goals. Provide targeted literacy support for individual students and small groups. Support the socio-emotional needs of students. Prepare resources and materials for teaching. Motivate students to achieve and develop a lifelong love of learning. Specific requirements: Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Education (qualified to teach K-6) Relevant teaching experience, preferably in primary education. Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional methodologies for primary education. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient IT skills. Experience differentiating lessons to support students to achieve their full potential.
