The role An incredible opportunity awaits an experienced and capable Bar Service Manager to join our award-winning Crown events team! Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will manage the beverage inventory for events and conferences while overseeing all beverage operational processes and targets. Additionally, you will supervise your allocated bar team to ensure the highest quality service for our customers. In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Ensure and maintain the highest standard of customer service by anticipating and exceeding client expectations to ensure guest satisfaction. Supervise, lead, and support bar staff by conducting briefings, allocating tasks, and resolving issues while ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance management to direct reports Manage the successful delivery of all beverage-related services through the events dispense bars to achieve planned outcomes and meet operational outcomes. Oversee beverage stock; ordering, pre-planning, stock delivery and day to day management.
