Job description A leading FMCG wholesaler with nationwide operations is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join its NSW team at the head office in Ingleburn. This is a casual role with the potential to apply for a permanent position. This is a 5-day-a-week, on-site position (no WFH). Reporting to the NSW Administration Manager, this role is ideal for a confident self-starter with exceptional computer literacy, organisation skills, and a professional demeanour when engaging with customers. About the role: Raising Purchase Orders for customer sales Providing high-level customer service through phone and email communications Handling purchasing tasks (training provided) Performing data entry and spreadsheet management Raising and processing sales data Executing other administrative duties as directed The chosen candidate will be an experienced administrative assistant capable of managing the day-to-day responsibilities of this role. They should quickly learn and effectively communicate with our client's customers, process and enter sales orders, assist with purchasing, follow up on general inquiries, and perform other associated administrative duties. About you: Extensive prior administrative experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly sought-after SAP experience Strong problem-solving, organisational, and prioritisation abilities, with effective change management skills Essential previous customer relations experience and an excellent phone manner High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office suite, including Excel and Outlook Highly organised and efficient Ability to work as part of a team Ability to multitask Previous experience in sales or purchasing administration will be highly regarded Please note that candidates who meet the above criteria will initially be contacted via email.
