About the Role We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team in Green Fields on a casual, temp-to-perm basis. This afternoon-based role will see you delivering outstanding service to customers by phone, email, and in person, while supporting internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment. Key Responsibilities : Handle incoming phone and email enquiries with a friendly, solution-focused approach Provide accurate product and service information or redirect enquiries appropriately Enter sales orders accurately into the D365 system, following company procedures Assist with front counter sales and provide timely updates to customers on order status Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures Support workplace health, safety, and compliance initiatives About You You are reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a structured, customer-focused environment.
