We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of nine sales professionals across WA and VIC. This privately owned organisation delivers tailored solutions to clients in the mining and construction sectors worldwide. Based in the Perth CBD, the role includes some regional travel and is primarily focused on coaching and developing the sales team to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of project-based, solution-driven sales and the ability to engage and mentor people for all ages and backgrounds. This senior management position is critical in ensuring accountability and has a strong focus on team development, margin control, and strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and manage a team of Internal Sales and BDMs across three locations. Support strategic planning and present to the Executive team. Maintain GP margins across all customised projects. Nurture key relationships with tier-one clients. Drive sales activity and capability within the team. Track and report on KPIs and team performance. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales leadership with a growth-oriented mindset. Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop diverse sales teams. Strong background in project-based sales and capital equipment. Effective relationship management and negotiation skills. Commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
