Our Client We're currently seeking Labourers with concrete and construction experience to join a hardworking team on a regional infrastructure refurbishment project across VIC and NSW. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, can handle physical work outdoors, and enjoys working as part of a reliable and supportive crew. What You'll Be Doing This hands-on role involves assisting with concrete repair works and general manual labour in the field. You'll work outdoors in all weather conditions, helping repair existing infrastructure and supporting the team across various tasks. What You'll Need White Card - essential Experience in construction, concrete and rendering, landscaping, or other manual labour skills Traffic Management ticket and or First Aid - highly regarded Willing and able to work away from home Monday-Thursday nights (accommodation provided)- essential Able to commit to full project timelines Physically fit and happy to work in all weather Confident using power tools and site equipment Safety-first mindset Valid driver's licence - and be able to get to work location start point and back home. Full Australian working rights Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing (testing will be ongoing onsite) What's on Offer Excellent Casual hourly rate - $48/hr super paid overtime Work hours (span): 7:00am - 5:00pm Meal allowances cents per kilometre paid for travel Overnight accommodation provided Ongoing support from a committed employer who values your contribution All applicants must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake a pre -employment medical and drug & alcohol testing as required.
