Once an old school fish n chip shop, we welcome all walks of life to come into this new venue, sink into a chair and watch the sun go down with an icy cold Felons Crisp Lager. Key responsibilities include: Ensure seamless and efficient operations throughout the shift, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Coordinate reservations and group bookings, optimising seating arrangements and accommodating special requests. Supervise cash handling, billing, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Monitor table turnover rates and seating efficiency to maximise guest flow without compromising service quality. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to waitstaff, ensuring they uphold high service standards and enhance team performance. Assist with specific sections during slow periods to maintain service levels and optimise labour efficiency. Lead training initiatives for waitstaff and runners, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency. What we are looking for: Solid experience in floor or bar management, with a keen eye for quality and high levels of customer service.
