Junior Graphic Designer – Adventure World Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney (Hybrid – 3 days in office) At Adventure World, we pride ourselves on curating life-changing travel experiences that foster a deep connection with the world around us. The Junior Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in bringing this vision to life by crafting creative that not only informs but also ignites a sense of wonder and excitement in our travellers. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for working alongside the Senior Graphic Designer, providing creative solutions for print, digital and video projects across Adventure World and its portfolio of GSA brands including Lindblad Expeditions, Star Clippers and more, to support the business plan. This position will demonstrate creativity, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to feedback, time, costs, and deadlines. What you’ll be doing: Designing digital and print materials that capture attention and inspire travel Editing engaging short-form videos for web and social Creating social media assets for platforms like Facebook and Instagram Supporting design needs across multiple brands, balancing multiple projects at once Embracing feedback, hitting deadlines, and adding your flair to every deliverable What you’ll bring: Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a related field 1–2 years of design experience (agency or in-house) Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative attitude A love for social media trends and how to make content pop on each platform Desirable Knowledge (not essential) Tools like Smartly, AdLib, Monday.com or Unbounce Video editing Skills and knowledge of Premiere, After Effects Press print production or social media advertising Microsoft Teams and Mac environments What’s in it for you?
