The Opportunity We’re seeking both a Senior Contract Administrator and Contract Administrator to play integral roles on a flagship $150M high-end residential development located in Sydney. You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers—contributing to the delivery of a major project while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities Contract Management : Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements. Cost Control : Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts. Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms. Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence. Tender Process : Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents. Collaboration : Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.
