About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support our Business Services teams. You would be joining a collaborative and supportive environment, working as part of a close-knit business services support team alongside other team assistants and executive support staff. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their administrative skills and gain experience in a professional services environment. Key responsibilities include: Records administration, including scanning, filing and archiving Manage ATO/ASIC correspondence Assist with ASIC corporate secretarial/compliance support Prepare fees and client invoicing Perform general administrative duties Ad-hoc reception duties to cover breaks About You Previous admin experience is advantageous but not essential (training will be provided) Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong organisation & time management High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A positive attitude and willingness to learn Why BDO?
