Assist productivity by organising work in assigned territories Maintain data entry of contracts – contract renewals, new contracts, warranty creations Maintain shared service inbox Receipting vendor invoices and submitting to Accounts Payable for payment Ensuring running of standard reports from the Service system for Management analysis and maintainkey performance indicators to ensure increase in delivery efficiency Responsible for effective utilization of resources through proper planning of jobs Ordering of uniforms, and ordering and maintenance of communications equipment Maintain service reception in regards to incoming and outgoing customer service calls, ensuring thaall customers receive exceptional customer service in an efficient and professional manner Ensure all data entry in relation to service jobs is completed prior to invoicing Carry-out service invoicing, ensuring accuracy, and that all service work that can be invoiced is invoicedprior to month-end PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates with relevant SAP and Salesforce experience will be considered At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
