To support the store’s ongoing growth and leadership structure, NPS Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking to sponsor an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager (General). As the Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Red Rooster outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery, staff performance, and compliance with franchise policies. This role requires an individual with strong leadership and organisational capabilities to manage a busy outlet, especially during peak hours. You will work closely with senior management and contribute to the business's strategic goals through performance monitoring, staff development, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in retail or hospitality management, especially in a quick-service or franchised environment. You will be expected to implement operational efficiencies, manage inventory and supply chains, and lead a multicultural team in alignment with Red Rooster’s values and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: ·Plan, control and coordinate daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficiency and profitability ·Supervise and manage front-line staff including hiring, training, rostering, and performance evaluations ·Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies and procedures ·Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements to service delivery ·Monitor stock levels, coordinate orders, and ensure optimal product availability. ·Formulate and implement purchasing strategies and set competitive pricing. ·Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods ·Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to meet revenue targets ·Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally ·Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs within budget ·Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times ·Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, including promotions and special offers. ·Promote marketing campaigns and brand promotions effectively Qualifications and Experience Required: ·Minimum Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field ·At least one year relevant experience in a retail or quick-service restaurant management role ·Previous experience in managing a team Skills Required: ·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills ·Excellent communication and customer service abilities ·Proficient in inventory and cost control ·Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure ·Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices ·Analytical and problem-solving mindset ·Strong work ethic and commitment to team success Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply with a current resume and cover letter.
