Sales Representative — Laverton North, Wyndham Area

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual to join the team as a Sales Representative in the poultry industry, focusing on independent retail. What you'll do: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets within the North/West Victoria region. Identify and engage new customers, foster and maintain strong relationships, and turn leads into sales. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs, present our products, and negotiate sales proposals. Work with marketing and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and presentations to management and clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system. Meet and exceed sales KPIs. What you'll bring: Frontline sales experience with a focus on the independent retail sector. At least 2 years of experience in territory or field sales, preferably in FMCG. Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales and managing business relationships. Valid Full Driver’s License required. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Travel Requirements: Regular travel within your assigned territory is essential for client and stakeholder visits. Efficiently plan and manage your travel schedule to maximize productivity and meet sales targets. You will be provided with your own company provided Car, Laptop and Mobile Phone.
