Legal Assistant — Brisbane CBD, Brisbane

The Role We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Corporate Advisory team. Working closely with the Partners and Senior Leadership members, some of your general duties will include: Providing exceptional and proactive administrative support Diary management and meeting coordination with clients and key internal and external stakeholders Secretarial support for high-volume general administrative tasks File management, including opening and closing files and ongoing management of electronic files Experience You will ideally have previous experience as a Legal Assistant, with experience supporting busy teams and helping to manage competing priorities. You will need to be adaptable and flexible in your role where, at times, you will be required to work across multiple teams.
