Key Responsibilities: Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure product availability across essential and high-demand items. Customer Service Leadership: Set the tone for outstanding customer service; handle queries and concerns with professionalism and care. Sales & Merchandising: Drive in-store promotions, manage display layouts, and explore opportunities for increasing sales and foot traffic. Store Administration: Oversee accurate record-keeping including daily takings, invoices, supplier coordination, and store compliance. Team Supervision: Train, motivate, and support team members to maintain operational efficiency and high service standards. Community Engagement: Strengthen customer relationships and promote the store as a valued part of the Serpentine township. Health & Safety: Ensure the store is safe, clean, and compliant with relevant regulations and retail standards. To Be Successful, You Will Have: A Diploma in Retail Management, Business , or a related field (preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail leadership or supervisory role. Solid knowledge of stock control, merchandising , and sales reporting . Excellent people skills , a community-first mindset, and a passion for customer service . Strong leadership and time-management skills to guide a small but dynamic team. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays .
