My client, a powerhouse (pardon the pun) within the Energy Sector is looking for a ‘Customer Service Provider’ to join their team. Role: Customer Service Provider Type: Approximately 6-month assignment Work type: Hybrid – once trained Rate: $30-$35/hr Super Location: Parramatta Responsibilities: Answer, respond and process inbound and outbound calls within agreed customer service guidelines Achieve KPIs as set out with service standards Maintain a high level of courtesy, patience and professionalism when speaking with customers and communication with all staff Build strong professional relationships with customers, managers, peers etc. Perform related duties as assigned by the team leader Requirements: Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Team player – work well in a team environment Computer literate Other: Position will be based out of Parramatta Hours of work: 24/7 rotating roster.
