WHAT YOU'LL NEED A current Driver’s Licence (minimum P1) Great communication and people skills Strong organisation and time management Willingness to learn and take initiative A team-focused attitude and customer service mindset WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Working Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 4:45pm , your role will involve a wide variety of administrative and reception-based tasks, including: Scheduling and prioritising patient appointments Maintaining the appointment system and patient follow-ups Issuing DNA letters and managing incoming mail Invoicing, receipting, and assisting with accounts Maintaining the reception area, consult rooms, procedure rooms and tea room Stock control and supply runs to local shopping centres Reception duties and front-of-house service Liaising with patients, practitioners, hospitals, and insurance companies Following up on radiology and pathology results Supporting general business administration tasks As part of this Traineeship , you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration) with on-the-job training provided over 12 months.
