About the Role Service Stream’s Utilities division (Network Service) are currently seeking a Call Centre Agent to join our growing company. Nature of position: Casual / Full-time hours Location: Melbourne (CBD), VIC Reporting Line: Scheduling Manager Key Responsibilities Make scripted phone calls to residential and business customers and building managers to arrange access and appointments for our electricity meter technicians. Triage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit. Accurate data entry in client's systems and Excel sheets. Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client. Strong focus on customer service and compliance.
