This new destination venue brings to life delicious Australian caught seafood, refreshing drinks and a smiley surf-village spirit. Once an old school fish n chip shop, we welcome all walks of life to come into this new venue, sink into a chair and watch the sun go down with an icy cold Felons Crisp Lager. Key responsibilities include: Support the tracking and control of bar inventory levels. Monitor stock usage and assisting with the timely ordering of beverages and supplies to ensure consistent product availability. Oversee the daily operations of bartenders and barbacks, ensuring high standards of service. Ensure the bar area is consistently clean, organised, and fully stocked, in compliance with health and safety standards Lead stocktaking procedures, accurately recording inventory levels and identifying any discrepancies. Take responsibility for end-of-day procedures, including balancing tills, securing stock. What we are looking for: Previous experience in a similar leadership role Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced bar environment Hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Why you’ll love working for us?
