PGNP Pty Ltd operates a well-established fuel retail business committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. PGNP is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead its team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the fuel and convenience store. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient store management, driving sales growth, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong operational and management skills, capable of optimizing inventory levels, leading staff, and implementing business strategies to enhance profitability. The managerial and administrative aspect of your role will encompass determining product mix, stock levels and service standards, selling goods, maintaining records of stock, financial transactions and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Manage daily operations, ensuring a well-organized, clean, and welcoming environment. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a motivated and productive team. Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate orders, and ensure optimal product availability. Formulate and implement purchasing strategies and set competitive pricing. Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, including promotions and special offers. Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace health & safety regulations and company policies. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial transactions, and ensure profitability goals are met.
