Your new role As a customer service officer, you will play a crucial role within the business. You will be responsible for: First point of contact, handling incoming calls and providing information to families, carers and others Discussing options and providing customer service Advising on services for short- and long-term care solutions Database management Handling confidential information About the position:Full time rostered hours between Monday Friday 7am 10pm and Saturday 9am 4pmRotating roster provided in advanceYou will be required to conduct a national police checkTraining and support is provided.
