Your new role In this dynamic Sales position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities will include: Actioning customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email regarding pricing and electrical product information. Counter sales including customer service, responding to sales enquiries, preparation of and sending out of quotes. Liaising with suppliers. Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and picking and packing orders. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and management requests as required. Ideally you have some experience within the electrical wholesale industry or related industries (construction, industrial supply, solar, security, plumbing). You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence – you are eager to connect and interact with customers of varying demographics. You have a thirst for product knowledge and a real drive to learn new skills and build a long-term career.
