We’re on the hunt for a driven and detail-focused Construction Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of new restaurant builds and major refurbishments across Queensland and the Northern Territory. This pivotal role ensures that each location opens on time, meets exacting brand standards, and stays within budget—while collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing: Lead the full project lifecycle for new venue builds and large-scale refurbishments. Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects efficiently and cost-effectively. Troubleshoot construction-related issues and drive proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure all works are executed to the highest quality, complying with approved designs, specifications, and brand standards. Oversee contractor performance, supplier relationships, and site activities to uphold compliance and safety protocols. Collaborate with internal design, development, and operations teams to align construction with strategic goals. Act as the key point of contact for landlords, regulatory bodies, and consultants throughout the construction phase. Track budgets, review expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project integrity. Conduct regular inspections to ensure build quality and readiness for operational handover. What You Bring: Solid background in construction or project management, ideally within hospitality, retail, or fast-paced multi-site environments. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines and high standards. Strong knowledge of site management, contractor coordination, and building compliance. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to resolve on-site challenges quickly.
