About the role In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of supplier accounts, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring high levels of accuracy and service. The AP Officer will: Create and amend SA Government Supplier accounts in multiple Financial Systems Liaise with SA Government Suppliers regarding Tax Invoice compliance Be required to work effectively as an individual and a member of the team to meet deadlines Be required to work towards daily targets and actively contribute to achieve team goals Provide a timely and quality customer service including inbound and outbound telephone and email enquiries Reconcile Supplier accounts (preferred) Preferred Experience: Call-centre environments with a focus on customer service Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Financial Reporting/Accounting MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel (Intermediate) Requirements: A current National Police Clearance check is mandatory Data entry/typing skills (minimum 40wpm) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn/adapt quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage high volumes of work and work under pressure Ability to meet strict deadlines Strong numerical reasoning skills At HOBAN we encourage applications from people with disability, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people of all genders, LGBTI people, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
