About the Role… We are accepting applications for an experienced Aviary Bar Supervisor who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service. About you… As someone with previous bar supervisory/leadership experience, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our guests and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills. What we are looking for Leadership experience in a high end bar and/or restaurant. Knowledge of mixology and extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liquor, wine and beers. Assist with developing the cocktail list alongside the Bar Manager. A commitment to providing a high standard of customer service. Proven leadership and people development skills. Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to motivate a team and improve performance. Initiative and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment. Flexibility with working hours is essential as nights and weekend work will be required. Current Qld RSA.
