Location: SPRING HILL, Queensland Type: Contract Job 17741 About the role Our state government client is looking for a Graphic Designer for an exciting government project. Key responsibilities Design and Production: Follow creative briefs to develop and produce design solutions for communication materials, including presentations, posters, social media graphics, and internal documents. Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs adhere to the department’s branding guidelines and accessibility requirements. Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including the Graphics Team and the Information Management Program, to understand project requirements and deliver on design tasks. Task and Time Management: Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining close communication with the team. Compliance: Undertake the role in accordance with the requirements of s26(1) of the Public Service Act 2008 and ensure that the principles found in the Code of Conduct for the Queensland Public Service are upheld in all duties. Essential criteria Deliver straightforward designs to a brief and work with the Communications team to adjust and adapt designs as needed. While the Program’s design requirements are not complex, a strong eye for brand consistency is essential.
