We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on customer service, order processing, and administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our operations while working closely with the Operations Manager, Customer Service Team Leader, and warehouse staff. Key Responsibilities: Answering customer enquiries and taking orders over the phone. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Enter all Sales Orders into the Pronto system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Release customer orders from back order Process cash sales, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date information. Create Pro-forma invoices, consignment notes, and return documentation. Assist with the distribution of price lists to customers and processing of return authorities. Liaise with Warehouse staff regarding dispatch of goods and ensure timely delivery. Assist the Operations Manager and Customer Service Team Leader with claims, credits and resolving discrepancies. Key selection criteria: Customer Service Expertise(minimum 2 years) in a customer service or similar role with a high level of professionalism Problem-Solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with intermediate-level skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and filing abilities. Experience with Pronto or similar integrated systems is highly desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.
