This position is full-time and based in West Kalgoorlie . Job Details Statewide Bearings is one of Australia’s most trusted bearing suppliers, offering an extensive range of bearing lubrication, power transmission, pumps, and linear motion products. It has multiple branches in each state and offers varied opportunities for progression in all areas of business. This 12-month traineeship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and professional training with a well-established national company. You’ll receive mentorship, practical training, and theoretical coursework, all designed to help you build a strong foundation in customer service. Successful completion of the traineeship may lead to direct employment with Statewide Bearings, setting you up for a long-term career in the industry. Your duties will include: Answering phone calls Learning and navigating the company’s computer system Performing some warehouse duties as needed Greeting and assisting customers in person Providing support to customers and ensuring a positive experience Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Benefits Above Award pay rate Access to 1:1 mentoring Paid weekly and PPE supplied Begin with the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business Customer Engagement in the first year. If desired, you can then continue with the BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business. About You We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in a career in sales and customer service. The ideal candidate should be ready to perform manual handling duties in a mechanical industrial setting and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
